HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

PitturiAmo will act as an intermediary, promoting your works online and trying to sell them using all the online circuits available. When a sale takes place, the proceeds will be temporarily credited to an account owned by PitturiAmo.

The artist who has sold the painting will be responsible for delivery and will have the task of sending the work to the recipient, suitably packaged.

After 14 days (maximum time within which it is possible to initiate a claim for online purchases) from the receipt of the work by the buyer, without any complaint, the sum will be transferred to the artist’s bank account. In this case, PitturiAmo will retain a commission equal to 20% of the value of the work.

In the event that the buyer initiates a complaint (for any reason) it will be the buyer’s responsibility to return the work to the artist. In this case, PitturiAmo will refund the buyer.

To enter the paintings For Direct Sale , three conditions must first be met:

1. You must be registered on PitturiAmo – the portal of contemporary painters and have already entered the paintings you want to include in Direct Sale (I remind you that registration on the portal is free)
2. The Availability of the painting must be set to “Available” (it is not possible to put paintings that have the Availability field set to “Sold”, “Sold on PitturiAmo” or “Private Collection” for Direct Sale);
3. The economic value at which you intend to sell the work must be indicated in the “Quotation” field, including 20% brokerage for PitturiAmo, PayPal commissions (about 5%) and shipping costs (variable depending on weight and distance).

If these conditions are met, it will be possible to enter your paintings for Direct Sale at a cost of €1.50, for each painting, for a period of one year.

In the event that there are more than ten paintings for Direct Sale, the cost will be € 1.00 for each painting over the tenth.

• Up to 10 paintings – €1.50 per painting
• From the 11th painting onwards – € 1.00 for each painting.

After a year without the sale taking place, the panel will be automatically removed from the Direct Sale service.
