Technical assistance to the artist’s website – Features

If you have difficulty managing your Artist’s Website created with PitturiAmo or you want to make technical changes, you can rely on PitturiAmo’s technical support.

You can purchase a single intervention, which entitles you to assistance for a maximum time of 1 hour or an annual subscription, much cheaper:

• Single intervention – 80,00€ (VAT included). For a single intervention lasting up to 1 hour or fraction of an hour. You can purchase this service whenever you want to make changes to your artist website. If necessary, you can purchase the same service several times (for particularly complex interventions).
• Annual pass – €400.00 (VAT included) discounted by 50%. For repeated interventions with a maximum total duration of 10 cumulative hours , i.e. the fractions of an hour are not calculated but the actual amount of minutes worked (total 600 minutes). Any excess hours will have to be purchased in addition. The artist is constantly informed of the number of hours consumed and therefore of the remaining ones.

The interventions you can request concern the insertion or updating of:

• works with detail specification;
• pages such as biography, resume, criticism, news, etc;
• videos that must already be published on YouTube;
• personal and contact data for requests for information;
• general technical verification of operation;
• change site colors and fonts;
• optimization of works with photo editing programs;
• technical advice and suggestions from our staff on how to best use your artist website;
• problems with the email associated with the website.
